Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Open new accounts and educate members on products/services
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for loans, credit cards, and investment products
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations (BSA, AML)
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies
- Contribute to branch sales goals through proactive member engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic MS Office applications and banking software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Familiarity with financial regulations (FDIC, Reg E, Reg Z)
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Pass background check and credit check (minimum 600 score)
