Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Present financial findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with progressive responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to translate financial data into business insights
- CMA, CPA, or CFA designation highly desirable
