Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cashing checks and processing deposits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and verify daily cash balances and reconcile the teller drawer.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products such as loans and credit cards.
- Assist with opening new accounts and maintaining customer records.
- Uphold strict compliance with bank policies, regulations, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and credit check.
