Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Conduct tax research and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist clients with tax planning strategies and optimization
- Manage client relationships and communication
- Collaborate with senior staff on complex tax engagements
- Stay updated on tax law changes and implement best practices
- Support audits and tax authority inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience
- Proficiency in tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Orlando metro area residency preferred
