Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasting reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Collaborate with department heads to create budgets and variance analyses
- Support strategic decision-making through scenario modeling
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across business units
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification a plus
