Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to inform strategic business decisions
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor performance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
