Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and assess potential risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial data is reconciled and accurate.
- Conduct market research and industry trend analysis to provide competitive insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to non-financial audiences.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
