Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on financial health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business case development and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools is a plus.
