Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis and forecasting to support monthly, quarterly, and annual budget cycles.
- Develop, maintain, and utilize complex financial models to assess business performance and project future trends.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including P&L analysis, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure all financial processes adhere to GAAP standards and internal control policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index/Match) and financial modeling software.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
