Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for departmental alignment
- Develop financial models supporting strategic decision-making

- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SAP or Oracle financial systems experience
- CFA or CPA designation highly valued
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
