Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop accurate financial models and forecasts to support annual budgets and long-term strategic planning.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Reporting: Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Budget Management: Assist in the budgeting process, monitoring variances, and providing variance analysis to management.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to internal policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and report generation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
