Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to evaluate the company's financial health.
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual results and budget forecasts.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and capital allocation.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and create quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Generate clear, concise reports and presentations for executive leadership meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
