Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic business decisions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with organizational goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
