Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses for M&A opportunities
- Prepare detailed quarterly financial reports with actionable insights for executive stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform strategic investment decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and resource planning
- Lead budget forecasting processes and variance analysis for 15+ client portfolios
- Create executive dashboards visualizing KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct due diligence for private equity investments across southeastern markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- SQL or Python experience for financial data manipulation and automation
- CFA or CPA designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial forecasts within tight deadlines
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal and other financial data platforms
