Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data to drive business performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations and sales teams to ensure financial goals are met.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits and regulatory filings.
- Streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy through automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus but not required.
