Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets and capital expenditure plans.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and executive summaries.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within market data to drive business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or CPA designation is highly desirable.
