In this pivotal role, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership to analyze trends, manage budgets, and optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts to support long-term business strategy.
- Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to assess project profitability, capital expenditures, and ROI scenarios.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and implement solutions to enhance data accuracy and reporting speed.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on cost drivers to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with GAAP and internal control policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or budgeting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- System Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear business insights.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
