Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and performance reporting, to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and monitor ongoing spending against targets.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Prepare clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations of financial data for stakeholders and board meetings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Tableau).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-financial audiences.
