Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Optimize invoice workflows using Oracle Financials
- Collaborate with global procurement teams on payment terms
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Oracle/SAP financial systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
