Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s)
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related audits
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Deep knowledge of multi-state tax laws and FLSA regulations
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record of zero payroll audit findings
- Experience with time and labor systems (Kronos preferred)
