Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic business planning.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain accurate budgets and variance analysis models.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and SQL.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus but not mandatory.
