Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget forecasts.
- Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and capital expenditure (CapEx) proposals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals align with operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
- Familiarity with financial modeling software and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
