Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse small business clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) with QuickBooks Pro
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement and maintain organized digital filing systems
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly/annual audits
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Pro and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Ohio tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client relationships
