Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, payroll, and month-end closes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions daily
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Process payroll for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly filings
- Develop and maintain financial reporting dashboards
- Train clients on accounting software best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience with daily pay processing
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting software
- Active CPA license or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail with error reconciliation skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
