Our program combines classroom instruction with real-world projects under the guidance of senior analysts. Upon completion, you'll transition into a full-time Financial Analyst role supporting our investment portfolio and client reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to support investment decisions
- Build and maintain complex financial models using Excel and Bloomberg Terminal
- Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management and clients
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visual dashboards
- Adhere to SEC compliance and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong quantitative aptitude and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Passion for financial markets and continuous learning
- US citizenship or work authorization required
