The Role:
You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to analyze financial performance, prepare budget reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities. If you have a knack for numbers and a desire to make a tangible impact, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in the budget preparation process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis on business trends, variances, and market conditions.
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost reduction strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a plus.
