Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop complex financial models to predict revenue streams and assist in long-term strategic planning.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annual operating budgets.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to explain variances between actual results and forecasts.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend solutions to optimize workflow.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial practices adhere to GAAP and internal control standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with financial modeling software.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders clearly.
- Tools: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in data interpretation.
