Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build complex financial models and perform variance analysis to forecast future performance and identify key growth opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L analysis, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for senior leadership.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and assist in the development of long-term strategic forecasts.
- Cost Control: Analyze departmental spending patterns and recommend cost-saving measures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity across financial systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reconciliation.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support new product launches and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
