Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Perform complex reconciliations for bank accounts, payroll, and general ledger
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with GAAP regulations
- Analyze financial data and prepare variance reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Demonstrated experience with month-end closing procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
