Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for multiple entities
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping systems using QuickBooks Online
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance standards
- Collaborate with CFOs on budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in public accounting or finance
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity financial operations
- Deep understanding of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with high accuracy in financial reporting
