Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and tax document preparation
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits and financial reviews
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Generate financial reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (Advanced)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proven track record of multi-company bookkeeping
