Responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations and account analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Process and verify payroll for weekend staff accurately.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and filing systems.
- Support the finance department during month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or finance environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
