Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability trends.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the budgeting process by monitoring actuals versus forecasts and identifying variances.
- Develop financial models to support business case evaluations and capital investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational drivers and optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
