Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create budget proposals and monitor spending against targets.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within flexible hours.
