Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build complex financial models and perform in-depth variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor departmental expenses to optimize profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial processes comply with GAAP and internal control standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and impact.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
