Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and long-term forecasts.
- Perform detailed variance analysis between actual results and budgets.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to support strategic decision-making and budgeting.
- Assist in the audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
