Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain the annual budget and long-term forecasts for various departments.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and meet revenue targets.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and executive summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with SQL or database querying is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
