Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including executive summaries.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and monitor actuals against forecasts in real-time.
- Perform research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and economic indicators.
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a significant plus.
