Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop complex financial models and perform in-depth variance analysis to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Assist in the annual budgeting process, monitor departmental spending against forecasts, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities that impact our financial standing.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency within financial processes and implement best practices to streamline workflows.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting aligns with GAAP standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-financial audiences.
