Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive budget optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic financial decisions
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A support and investment analysis
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for data accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
