Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis supporting strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboard metrics
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise visualizations and narratives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CMA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred
