Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed variance analysis and forecasting to support annual and quarterly budgets.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future performance and assess risks.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Assist in the audit process by providing accurate documentation and explanations.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
