Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and identify key drivers of variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop and optimize operational budgets.
- Conduct research on market trends and industry benchmarks to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Streamline financial processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) required.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder presentations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
