Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting to support budgeting processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenarios to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data to recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational impacts on financial performance.
- Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related areas.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with SQL or other database querying languages is a strong plus.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
