Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or financial billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Experience with AR aging and denial management
