Role Overview:
In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial planning and analysis process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast future performance and identify key business trends.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and budget planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasting tools using Excel and SQL.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and cost control initiatives.
- Present financial data and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CFA preferred but not required).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
