Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including detailed variance analysis and P&L statements.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and support department heads in tracking performance against targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide financial insights for business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL is required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
