- Process accurate and timely payroll for 500+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Handle tax filings, garnishments, and deductions in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll documentation
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/annual reports
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on payroll-related matters
- Stay updated on payroll legislation changes and implement updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
