Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and budget performance against forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Communicate financial findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP) required.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or financial modeling software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
