Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics, trends, and variances to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Prepare executive-ready dashboards and reports using advanced Excel functions and BI tools
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with progressive responsibility
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- CFA or CPA designation a significant plus
